Exchange and return policies

At Salar, we are committed to providing exceptional quality artwork. To ensure a high-quality experience for every customer, we adhere to the following policy:

1. Change of Year

• Final Sale: No repair or return is permitted for any reason related to change of opinion, based on our selection criteria and the quality of our products.

2. Exception (Technical or Technical Defect)

Exchange or return requests are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects or technical errors on our part, subject to the following conditions:

• Immediate Request: The request must be received within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.

• Original Condition: The product must remain in the same condition as when received (unused, with all tags attached, and with the original payment).

3. Time of Question Deletion

In this case, the technical defect has not yet occurred after our team has processed the request:

• Refund Method: The refund will be processed via the same original payment method used at the time of purchase.

• Processing Time: Refund processing time is 7 to 14 business days, depending on the card issuer"s requirements.

• Shipping Fees: If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, SALAR will cover all shipping costs for returning the product and replacing it or compensating the customer in accordance with the return policy.
  • However, if the customer refuses to receive the shipment, cancels the order after it has been shipped, or requests a change to the shipping address or delivery location after the order has been dispatched without notifying the store in advance, the actual shipping costs will be deducted from the refundable amount before processing the refund or return.

    Note: Any order received more than 24 hours after the delivery date shown on the shipping label will not be considered.
